Car park a little to far from the terminal at East Midlands, better to have a collect car service

Once again we used Prestige Parking at East Midlands airport. It was a very icy morning but everything went very well. Courteous man in reception, trolley available and short walk to the airport. On our return the car was waiting for us to drive straight out. Would recommend this car park it is well worth the money and not having to get on a bus to the airport with cases.

I would have rated the parking 5 but it was a little bit further to walk to air port then we thought when we booked.But we would use this parking again.

Everything worked extremely well, including the change of flight times. The staff were friendly and courteous and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Perhaps the suggestion that it was a three minute walk was a little generous but there were free trolleys outside reception and I would certainly use this again next year.

My only concern was that the car park is not actually secure, ie no barriers and fencing to get a car in or out. Otherwise the location, staff and pricing are all very good.
