Security Measures

All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected our driver will take it to a fully secure compound, where your car will remain until your return.

Transfer Information

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. There are no additional Drop Off/Pick Up fees as these are included in the service.

Arrival Procedure

You must call a minimum of 20 minutes before arrival at airport, failure to do this may mean you have to wait for a driver to be despatched.

Please pull into the Short Stay Car Park P1 which is opposite the main entrance taking a ticket from the machine as you arrive. A driver will then collect your vehicle. There is no charge for using the Short Stay Car Park with this service.

Your agreed Plus support will be provided in line with the arrangements confirmed during your pre-arrival call.

Return Procedure

Upon return to the airport please phone when you arrive in the baggage reclaim area, before you collect your baggage, and a driver will be sent with your car to meet you at the terminal.

A smoother start to your journey Main Yard Meet and Greet Plus includes the same terminal meet and greet parking service, with the added reassurance of discussing and confirming your arrival needs in advance. It is designed for customers who would like the extra support arranged before they travel, rather than only addressing it on the day as needs arise. What is included • A pre-arrival call to discuss what support you would like from the Main Yard Meet and Greet team. • Confirmation in advance of the assistance we have agreed to provide on your arrival. • Help with bags, where agreed during your pre-arrival call. • Help getting into the airport, where agreed during your pre-arrival call. • Liaison with airport services, including disability assistance, where this is required as part of your arrangements. Important note about airport assistance Meet and Greet Plus complements arrangements you make directly with the airport; it does not replace them. Any airport-provided services, including disability assistance, remain subject to the airport's own arrangements. We can liaise with airport services as part of the support agreed with you before arrival. NOTE: This service does not operate between midnight and 6am. There is no charge for using the Short Stay Car Park with this service. Vehicles larger than 4x4 can be parked but there will be a supplement of £50 payable to the car park on arrival. This includes; up to 8 seat minibuses, panel vans and/or camper vans. Motorhomes NOT accepted.
Main Yard Meet and Greet Plus includes everything in the standard service, plus a pre-arranged support service: a consultation before you travel, agreed support confirmed in advance, and assistance with bags, getting into the airport and liaison with airport services where agreed.
