Drop off was perfect. On return was told car would be with us in 15 minutes when we phoned and it took 25 minutes with us freezing in the car park. The drives seat was wet and the drivers door pocket was full of water. Can only assume the drivers window was left open. Much less than perfect.

We departed from Gatwick and meet and greet was great, our return journey not so great. After arriving in luggage pick up it took me 15/20 minutes to get though on the telephone only to be told i would have a 30 minute wait. The wait was in fact 50 minutes there was no one around so its all on phone and i did call again after 30 minutes. When my car arrived i put my hand out so the lady knew it was my car. She then went on to reverse park into a space whilst we waited with our 6 cases that had to go in the back of the car. She got out the car and very shiftly left. I had to move the car so we could pack the cases and children in. Very disappointing. Not sure if i would use again with that sort of service.

Waited three quarters of an hour for car to be dropped off on my return from a long haul flight, which I do not think is acceptable.

Car probably parked in field, covered in mud, drivers muddy shoes all over drivers mats and carpet. Not best pleased and will not use again.

Got off to a bad start by taking 20 minutes to pick up the car. On the other hand, they were there when we got back to the car park. Even so, the general attitude is that we shouldn't ring until we have cleared customs. Last time when we did that, it was a 20 minute wait for the car.

Disappointing. Have used other companies before,and felt valued. This time did not feel that there was any care or value there and whilst the service was provided, do not feel that I could recommend to others?
