Reviewed on 18th October 2025Easy to park and ride, not so easy to get car on return. Car was parked too close to other cars it was a struggle to get in, I’m only 5ft and slim, so you would definitely have a problem getting in the car if you were any bigger.

Having just returned from holidays the checking in, to & from the airport and the car collection all went smooth with helpful staff on both the front desk and also on the transport. Great to see the driver helping passengers with suitcases. Would definitely recommend.

I am sure that was my problem, I wished I had clearer location instructions such as a larger scale route map from the M8, with the post code number would have been a great help. All in all, apart from me getting lost, the booking, drop off and collection process was easy to do, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The cost was competitive too.
