Security Measures

APH's insured drivers will park your car in their secure car park which is patrolled 24 hours a day and has CCTV coverage.

Transfer Information

Transfers not required for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.

Arrival Procedure

Please call APH Meet and Greet approximately 30 minutes prior to reaching Heathrow. You must keep APH informed if you are likely to be early or late with as much notice as possible. APH pay for 15 minutes of the parking on arrival and exit.

Return Procedure

1. Once you've collected your luggage, or passed passport control if you have hand luggage only, call APH.
2. The despatch office will provide an estimated delivery time for your vehicle. If there is a wait, please remain inside the terminal until advised. Early or late arrivals outside your booked times may require additional waiting time.
3. Exit the arrivals hall into the Terminal plaza, turn left, and walk towards the UK Arrivals end of the Terminal.
4. Near the end of the plaza, turn right and exit the Terminal through the main door, then cross the bridge ahead of you.
5. Take the left-hand lift up to Level 4. The Handover Captain will meet you at the APH desk.

Operator Details: This service is operated by MBW on behalf of APH. Booking Amendments: For any last-minute date or time changes (from the day before your booking starts), contact MBW directly to advise of the change. ULEZ Charges: ULEZ charges apply and will be triggered on both your arrival and return dates. Arrival Window: MBW allows a 45-minute window from your pre-booked arrival time to drop off your vehicle at the airport car park. Additional charges of £7.50 apply if you exceed this timeframe. Vehicle restrictions: Late or early flight arrivals between 23:59pm and 04:00am will incur a £25 charge. Vehicles exceeding 2.2 metres in height will be subject to a £50 overheight charge.
ULEZ charges apply - please be aware that the car park is within the ULEZ zone.

Driving Directions

APH Meet and Greet parking applies for all terminals at Heathrow Airport. Head towards Heathrow Airport. Follow the signs for the Terminal Parking Car Park, where you will then need to follow signs for off-airport parking. A member of the team will be on-hand to take your car and securely park it for you.

For Terminals 2&3 from M25 Clockwise:
1. Exit M25 at Junction 15.
2. Stay right and in the lane for Terminal 2&3.
3. Follow the road round and join the M4.
4. Exit the M4 at Junction 4.
5. At the roundabout take the 1st Exit, M4 (Tunnel Road East).
6. At the "Welcome to Heathrow" roundabout stay in the right hand lanes and head straight over.
7. Head down into the tunnel.
8. Exit the tunnel and follow signs for your terminal parking Car Park.


For Terminal 5 from M25 Clockwise:
1. Exit M25 at Junction 14.
2. Stay in lane signed Terminal 5.
3. Follow road round to Terminal 5 Roundabout.
4. At the roundabout take 2nd exit signed T5 Drop Off.
5. Follow road round and staying right head up the ramp to the Terminal Parking Car Park.
