Perfect, nice friendly chap picked up the car and the same guy brought it back 5 days later. Couldn't have been easier.

I have been using Fast Park at Heathrow for a few months now and they have consistently been excellent. I’ve used many other providers over the years but this team has consistently been on time with my vehicle collection and drop off and polite and respectful on the phone. I can’t fault them at all. Fantastic service. Our outgoing and return flights were changed and Park and Go managed all the changes without mishap. When we arrived at the pick up location after our holiday there was someone there to hand us our car keys and indicate where the car was parked.

I have booked through Park and Go many times, but this was first experience with FastPark Heathrow. I must say that FastPark were absolutely superb and best customer service experience I have ever had for Meet & Greet at Heathrow. Having called with 20 minutes notice as requested, they were waiting for me in the car park upon arrival. Similar upon return, having called once through baggage collection, my car was waiting when we reached car park. The gentleman recognised me from drop off and welcomed me by name. Exceptional service, thank you.

Have been using fast park for a few years now and never had a problem, the driver is always on time when dropping off the car and picking it up when you return. Drivers always polite and courteous, will carry on using them when we fly from Heathrow.

Absolutely excellent service. We booked 7 weeks meet and greet parking whilst visiting family in Australia. We hadn't used FastPark Heathrow Meet and Greet before and they were very reasonably priced, so we were slightly apprehensive. We needn't have been, after calling them on arrival at Heathrow they were there within a few minutes and promptly issued with a receipt and we were on our way. When we returned they actually called us as we were collecting our luggage and said they would be on their way. As we arrived at the collection point they pulled in, very politely asked us about our trip, we then loaded up our luggage and were off within minutes. Excellent service. Will definitely be using these professionals again.

Great service from letting us drop the car earlier than planned and at our Heathrow hotel to being at the car park when we returned. Highly recommended.
