Reviewed on 2nd July 2026Brilliant, brilliant Meet & Greet service. Cannot rate highly enough. We had many booking changes due to cancelled flights which included change of terminal for outward journey, two changes of arrival times coming home, a change of day and then our final arrival at 1.00am in the morning after a taxi transfer from Birmingham Airport to Heathrow as a result of another cancelled SAS flight. All this was accommodated by Adam & his team with professionalism and reassurance that it would be fine…and it was! A huge thank you.

Reviewed on 18th June 2026We used FastPark Heathrow Meet & Greet booked through Park & Go for the second time in the past few weeks and we were really happy with the service. My partner was back and forth during the course of ten days and the convenience of dropping the car off in the terminal and having it there waiting when he got back after a couple of days and then repeating a few days later, made such a difference to the overall travelling experience. The same guy met him each time and he was really pleasant and efficient. The price was really reasonable and worked out much cheaper than if we had taken cabs to and from the airport. Highly recommend.

Reviewed on 31st May 2026Meet up on departure was a little delayed but not a problem and on return I had already had a missed call from the office when I put my phone on checking if we were landed. We were then delayed waiting for luggage and bumping into friends so the rep had left by the time we reached the car however he had left the ticket and key with a co worker so no issue at all.
