By far the best parking experience I've had at Heathrow! I previously used the in-house 'meet & greet' service at Terminal 3 and was sorely disappointed by the queues and poor communication. But the Wash & Vac off-airport service was so much more convenient - I literally dropped it off in the short-stay carpark, handed over the keys to a man who was there waiting, and had it brought back to the same spot in time for loading up the family when we got back. I cannot fault the cleaning service - the car had been used to transport all kinds of building material so it was not in good shape when I dropped it off. But the team did a fantastic job - bodywork and wheels were gleaming on the outside; dashboard, floors, boot and upholstery were all wiped and vacuumed, just lovely to come back to. The only slightly niggly thing was having to call up whilst driving to the airport - it wasn't so bad when I could pick a moment to make a call, but I hated feeling for ed to answer the phone whilst driving when I hit a delay, just because I was alone and don't feel safe using a phone at the wheel. But I do understand the need for communication to get the timing right and would still choose this service again every time.

They were available to collect my car at the passenger drop just outside the terminal, took my car and stored it safely and upon my return had my car ready at the drop off area. The car was cleaned inside and outside and most importantly, it was there waiting for me when I arrived. I’d like to add that I changed my arrival date and that they too accommodated that. They took extensive photography around the car upon collection and upon return. Very professional and I’m likely to use again.

Instructions on where to go in the email we’re incorrect, however the representative came and met us to take the car. Upon return, our car had been cleaned and it was brought back car promptly. Very happy with the service.

Easy to drop the car off once level 4 row S was located (it says row L on the documentation). Picked up the car very quickly and the valet clean was fantastic. Looked like a new car. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again especially as they are very generous with the flying club miles.

Drop off was easy. I don't know why the pick-up was hard but I couldn't see my car the driver didn't text me to let me know he was there. I waited 15 minutes before I was called to see if I was there.

Good service, and the car arrived back nice and clean. Only dropped one star because their phone numbers didn't work when we tried to call them on the way there at 5am which was a bit worrying, but they called me a few minutes later to confirm they were ready for us so no harm done. Apparently they have to set up a redirect of the phone number to whoever is on duty that day and it hadn't been done. On return, had a 10 minute wait, but we had got there before our expected time (super-fast through passport control and baggage reclaim), so was expected. Car was returned in good condition and beautifully clean inside and out. Even the wheels and tyres had been cleaned.
