Transfer Information

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.

Arrival Procedure

Please call Maple Parking when you are 15 minutes away from T4.

At the bottom of the ramp pass through the Ticket Barrier, Park in any parking bay on level -1, then check in at the Maple Parking desk which you'll see as you drive in and park up.

Return Procedure

Please call Maple Parking as soon as you have your luggage

• Exit the arrivals hall, turn left and follow signs for Hotels.
• Take the lift to Level 2, continuing to follow signs for Hotels.
• Exit the lift, turn right, and keep following the Hotels signs.
• Walk along the covered walkway following signs for Crowne Plaza & Holiday Inn Express (these both share the same building)
• Enter the hotel building.
• Take the lift down to Level 0 (Ground Floor).
• Walk past reception.
• Take the lift to Car Park Level -1.
• Collect your car keys from our check in desk

Additional Information

The car park does not accept large vehicles such as transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day or part day after your booked return date. Please Note: Heathrow Airport is now located in the ULEZ zone. Non-compliant vehicles are required to pay the ULEZ fee in order to access the airport. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that you check your vehicle and if required pay the ULEZ fee. The fee applies to each day you drive in the ULEZ zone, for example both your day of departure and your return. Penalties apply if you fail to do so.

Driving Directions

Meet Point - Crowne Plaza T4 Car Park Level '-1'

• Leave the M25 at junction 14, following signs for Terminal 4.
• Take the exit onto A3113, following signs for Terminal 4.
• Continue to the next roundabout and take the second exit onto Southern Perimeter Road. (Terminal 4)
• Take the second exit at the following roundabout to remain on Southern Perimeter Road. (Terminal 4)
• Continue all the way to the next roundabout and take the second exit. (Terminal 4)
• Continue along Southern Perimeter Road until the hotel appears on your left.
• Take the next left, at the traffic lights (Swindon Road).
• Drive down the ramp into the carpark under the hotel
• Do not go into the chargeable Drop-Off lay-by at the front of the hotel
• At the bottom of the ramp pass through the Ticket Barrier, Park in any parking bay on level -1, then check-in at the Maple Parking desk which you'll see as you drive in and park up.

Once you have checked your car in proceed to the terminal via the covered walkway joined directly to the hotel.
