Transfer Information

Transfer operate on demand basis and take approximately 10-15 minutes to reach the Terminal 5 entrance.

Arrival Procedure

Please call us on Terminals Parking Park and Ride when you are 20 to 30 mins away from the car park.
You must keep them informed if you are running late or to arrive ahead of scheduled booking time.
Upon arrival at the car park please park your car in Drop off Zone.
Lock your car, Make your way to Reception with your luggage where you will be met by a member of staff.
Handover the Key and collect the paperwork Member of staff will inspect the vehicle and will move it to the secured area in the car park.
You will then be transferred to the terminal which will take around 10-15 minutes.

Return Procedure

Upon return, you must call Terminals Parking Park and Ride twice, once as soon as you land and the other as soon as you collect your luggage.

The shuttle vehicle will pick up from the Short Stay Car Park Level 1 - Row A - Terminal 5.

Terminal 5

Please call Terminals Parking Park and Ride once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs. Make your way to Level 1 short stay car park, the shuttle van will pick you up from Row R or Row S.
