Security Measures

Park Mark Award Holder. All drivers are insured to drive your vehicle. Customers are requested to remove all valuables from the car. Contents of vehicles are left at owner's risk.

Transfers not required for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.

Arrival Procedure

The postcode is TW6 3XL.

Before arriving at the Terminal 4 Long Stay Car Park, please contact the Operations Team at least 30 minutes in advance.

Vehicle Drop-Off

Park your vehicle in the location directed by the Operations Team.
Upon arrival, one of our professional chauffeurs will:
Conduct a vehicle inspection.
Complete the vehicle handover process.
Drive your vehicle to our secure parking facility.
Once the handover is complete, please follow the signs to the Terminal 4 Long Stay Shuttle Bus, which will take you to the terminal.

A complimentary Heathrow shuttle bus operates between the Terminal 4 Long Stay Car Park and Terminal 4.

Journey Time: Approximately 5–10 minutes
Service Frequency: Every 10–15 minutes

Return Procedure

On your safe return, we require you to call us twice on 0208 129 4626 or 07857 366 664. Once as soon as you land and the other as soon as you collect your luggage.

Return to the Long Stay Car Park using the free shuttle bus, where a chauffeur will meet you at the agreed location and return your vehicle.

Additional Information

When making a booking you are required to enter the vehicle DROP off time (on your Departure from Heathrow) and the FLIGHT LANDING time for vehicle PICK up (on your Arrival at Heathrow) as Terminals Parking operate according to the timings you provide us. Please Note: Heathrow Airport is now located in the ULEZ zone. Non-compliant vehicles are required to pay the ULEZ fee in order to access the airport. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that you check your vehicle and if required pay the ULEZ fee. The fee applies to each day you drive in the ULEZ zone, for example both your day of departure and your return. Penalties apply if you fail to do so.

Driving Directions

Please use postcode TW6 3XL. This will take you to the Heathrow Long Stay car park, where you will be met and your vehicle handed over. You may then board the courtesy bus to Terminal 4


Terminals Parking operate from 04:45 to 23:59, vehicles picked or dropped outside of these hours will be charged £40.
