Transfer Information

Transfers operate on demand basis and take approximately 15-20 minutes to reach the Terminal 5 entrance.

Arrival Procedure

Kindly keep us posted if you are running late or to arrive ahead of scheduled booking time
• Park your car in Drop off Zone once you reach our car park,
• Lock your car, Make your way to Reception with your luggage where you will be met by a member of staff
• We encourage all our customers to take pictures of their cars while at the car park while handing over the keys.
• Handover the Key and collect the paperwork Member of staff will inspect the vehicle and will move it to the secured area in the car park
• You will be transferred to the terminal which will take around 15-20 minutes once completing all procedures

Return Procedure

On your safe return, you must call Terminals Parking Park and Ride twice, once as soon as you land and the other as soon as you collect your luggage.

Terminal 5 : Make your way to Level 1 short stay car park, the shuttle van will pick you up from Row A

Additional Information

Please Note: The car park is in a ULEZ ZONE so please do check and pay if needed. • We can only accommodate 4 passengers per shuttle/booking, and if there are more than 4 passengers, we will have to charge an additional shuttle charge. • Arrive at the car park at least 4 hours before the check in time • Allow extra 10 minutes for Vehicle inspections if required, and for transport to the airport (During busy periods, allow an additional 15 minutes) • Please ensure that you remove your travel documentation, phone, any cash, and all valuables from your vehicle. No responsibility will be accepted for any personal item left in vehicles. • During busy periods your car may be moved to our secondary compound within 5-10 miles radius of our main car park. Driving Directions

On M4 junction 4, take exit A408 towards Stockley Road, follow A408 road for 1.6 miles until Stilwell
roundabout.
Take 1st exit towards Colham roundabout.
At Colham roundabout, take 1st exit to Stockley Country Park.
Go through the height restriction gate (2 metres) and follow the direction signs “Terminals Parking". Park your car at the Drop off area and make your way to the reception.
Please call Terminals Parking Park and Ride when you are 20 to 30 minutes away from the car park.
