Easy drop off and very good bus service, especially as I saw the gate shutting at Luton, so started running and the driver waited for me.

Overall a good experience, there was confusion on arrival as the auto check-in didn’t recognise our booking. Fortunately it was sorted by the duty receptionist. Collection of the vehicle went smoothly although we were surprised how close the car next to us was parked leaving access o the drivers door very tight, good job I’m slim!

Ordered by accident. Thought it was meet and greet. Also, not really cheaper as of expect for an off-site. But really is pretty slick and as good as an off-site can be. Lots of well designed tech. Helpful person at drop off.
