Security Measures

Secure off-site parking. Vehicles may be moved up to 4-5 miles to our other secure car park compound during busy periods for operational reasons.

Transfer Information

You will be met in the multi-storey car park, Level 3, near lifts and a Pay on Foot Machine, therefore transfers are not required. The walk from Short Stay car park to Terminal takes approx 2-3 min (300m).

Arrival Procedure

• Call 30 minutes before arrival
• Follow signs to Car Park 1, Level 3
• Look for the "Offsite Meet & Greet" signage and the Airport Parking Bay desk
• Park in any available bay and meet our staff in hi-vis
• Show booking confirmation to our staff
• Sign the handover form and retain your copy

Return Procedure

• Call us twice:
1. When your flight lands
2. Once you've cleared Customs
• Your vehicle will be returned to Car Park 1 - Level 3
• £10 exit fee is required for the airport car park - payable by card or cash
• Late returns are charged £20 per additional calendar day

Vehicle restrictions (Luton): Max height 2.0m. We do not accept vans/minibuses/9-seaters (e.g., Transit, Vito, Transporter, Vivaro, Trafic, Tourneo) or vehicles with roof racks/boxes exceeding 2.0m. Vehicles arriving outside these limits may be refused or charged an oversize fee of £50–£100.” Vehicle Conditions: • Vehicle must be taxed, MOT-certified, and roadworthy • Tyres must meet legal tread depth • All valuables must be removed - we do not accept liability for items left in the vehicle • Ensure washer fluid and fuel are topped up • Keep a spare key with you
