Park Masters Budget Meet and Greet Reviews

Drop off was fine. Phoned for pick up and returned and told driver would be 5 minutes, 20 minutes later he arrived. Got my signature and he departed without leaving me the parking ticket to leave the car park. Contacted the company and he returned and apologised with a ticket, which when I got to the exit was the wrong ticket and was refused, consequently I could not leave the car park. Once again I contacted the company and they said they would get the driver to return again. Finally I spoke to the short term car park operator who allowed me to pay the exit fee and issue a ticket. This process wasted 40 minutes. When I complained to the company they implied it was my fault because they said I did not need a ticket I could just pay at the barrier. However I pointed out that at no time did their office staff and driver mention this to me during the four times I spoke to them. Had they done this it would have saved a lot of hassle. Despite this they continued to imply I should have known I could have exited without a ticket as this is apparently in the car park notices. I don't know what these notices say, but it is not consistent with the short term car park operators website. They seem to blame the customer for their short comings and are therefore unlikely to learn by their mistakes. Overall very annoyed.
