Security Measures

All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected a driver will take it to a fully secure compound, where your car will remain until your return.

Transfer Information

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.

Arrival Procedure

Customers must contact the Company on the customer service number 30 minutes before arriving at London Stansted Airport.

A Company operator will confirm the car collection point. A representative will meet the customer to perform the service.

The designated pick-up and drop-off location is the
Express Set Down Pick - Up & Drop Off area at London Stansted Airport opposite Zone B (on the right hand side), approximately a 2 minute walk from the terminal.

The customer does not pay any entry and exit fees

The company covers the cost of entry end exit from the Express Set Down. The price is £7 - 15 minutes

Early Arrival: Customers arriving earlier than the scheduled time must notify the Company at least 2 hours in advance.

The Company will attempt to allocate a new arrival time. A change of booking fee of £10 per hour (payable in cash) applies and must be paid to the representative at the time of service.

Late Arrival: Customers arriving later than the scheduled time must notify the Company at least 2 hours in advance.

Return Procedure

Upon landing, the customer must contact the Company to confirm the vehicle collection point.

The vehicle must be collected within 45 minutes of landing. The Company accepts no liability for delays caused by airline or other transport carriers.

Delayed Return:
For delayed returns after 22:00, the customer must notify the Company by phone and pay a fee of £30 to the company account provided. The fee will be valid from 23:00 to 23:59.

Failure to do so will result in the vehicle being returned the next day from 08:00, subject to a fee of £50, payable to the company account.
