Transfer Information

Your Parking Buddy joins you and travels with you in your vehicle to the terminal. 2 miles from the terminal - around 5 minutes each way.

Arrival Procedure

Please call Parking Buddy 20 minutes before arrival so they can be ready to head to the terminal with you.

If you're early or running late, just keep Parking Buddy updated.

Return Procedure

After collecting your luggage and walking through customs, call Parking Buddy on the number provided.

Then head to Zone C, next to the flagpoles and disabled bays.

Important: Customers are responsible for airport entry/exit fees. These must be paid within 24 hours to avoid fines.

How the Service Works • Arrive at our facility at your booked time. • Your Parking Buddy joins you and travels with you in your vehicle to the terminal. • We book you in during the drive and confirm return details. • You fly - we park. • Once you've departed, your Parking Buddy returns your vehicle to our secure facility. • On your return, we collect you from the terminal, and you drive your Parking Buddy back to the facility. • EV charging: £30 (request on the day). • Wash & Wheels cleaning service available on request.
