Security Measures

All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected a driver will take it to a fully secure compound, where your car will remain until your return.

Transfer Information

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.

Arrival Procedure

Please call twenty minutes before you arrive so STN Direct Meet and Greet can arrange for a driver to meet you. If you do not call twenty minutes before you may be delayed and incur extra charges.

If you are running early or late please keep us informed as we are here to help.


Follow the signs to the short stay car parks, go past the bus station then enter the ORANGE SHORT STAY car park on your left, collect a ticket and follow the outer perimeter as this will bring you to the walkway canopy by the orange bollards where you need to park opposite rows (A-B-C). Please hand your exit ticket to our member of staff. This car park is a short walk and directly underneath the terminal its self with escalators and lifts to the departure floor.

We only require the key and any security devices please remove any other keys as we will not be responsible for them.

On arrival you will need to pay for the exit ticket so our driver can remove your vehicle from the car park.

We record your mileage and photograph the vehicle before it's removed to storage.

Return Procedure

After you have collected all your luggage and you are walking through Customs and not before, call STN Direct Meet and Greet. Please make your way back to the orange short stay car park where you dropped off your vehicle on arrival by (A-B-C).

You will be required to pay fees of up to £10.00 on exit.

At the time of vehicle collection on your departure day you would have been issued a receipt for your vehicle, please have it ready to hand over to the driver, if lost please have your passport as proof of ownership!
