It’s located in the Staines area, away from the busy roads in and around Heathrow Airport while still being conveniently close to the airport.
Just remember to allow a little extra time – whilst transfer time is expected to take about 15 minutes, it depends on the traffic in and around Heathrow.

Important: Approximately 30-45 minutes before arrival, please call the car park on the phone number provided on your voucher, so the team can prepare for your vehicle check-in and transfer.
Save the number in your phone to have it handy for further communication with the car park.
On Arrival:
Please drive to the level 5 and park within the designated check-in area.
A staff member will assist you with parking your car, help transfer your luggage to the shuttle vehicle and then drive you directly to your selected Heathrow Airport terminal.
You keep your car keys with you.
Note: Park and Go customers do not need to pay airport drop-off and pick up charges when using the shuttle bus, the airport transfer is included in the price of parking for all members of your party.
On Return:
Please call the car park on the number provided on your booking confirmation, to let the team know you have arrived, as soon as convenient after landing. You will be given instructions about where to meet the shuttle usually in your terminal’s Short Stay area), once you've collected your luggage and are ready to leave the terminal.
The driver then takes you back to the car park, where your vehicle will be waiting for you.
