A very professional and friendly service.

Efficient and organised. Easy to follow instructions. Drop off and pick up is right on airport in short stay carpark 5 (not the same as the valet parking signs). Easy to contact - Changed my return date with one simple email and a reasonable additional charge.

Well priced and very easy and professional service. I do feel my car was maybe driven quite fast by them but hey ho I can't blame them when the cars fun!

Drop off was very straightforward and efficient however when we came to collect our car we had to wait 30 minutes which we felt was too long a wait for meet and greet service.

It's so convenient, we have used Sure Parking Meet and Greet for years, several times a year and never been let down even when we've had delays or been early they are always there. Very good service as usual, no waiting around. Had to travel across to North terminal due to road being closed at South Terminal, no issues, car was waiting for us when we arrived.

We have used Sure Parking Meet & Greet at Gatwick for years, several times a year and we have never had a bad experience. They are always very efficient even when we arrive really early or on return if we've had flight delays baggage problems they have always been there for us. The car is always clean and looked after. You can even have it valeted if you ask. I wouldn't use anyone else even if its cheaper. Highly recommend them.
