Transfer Information
Transfers are running on demand and take approx 15 min. Number of tickets provided - up to 2 passengers (single tickets provided only). Term 1 pick up point is the ground floor of the car-park section D. Term 3 pick up point is top floor level 5 of the short stay car park. Term 4 Pick up point is by the pay machine on level 1. Term 5 pick up point is level 4 of the short stay car park section R and S.
Arrival Procedure
You should receive a courtesy call 20-30 minutes prior to your meet time at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel. If you do NOT receive any communication from our team, then please call us on 07858 333 393 / 0800 731 6617 when you are 20 minutes away so we can arrange a driver to meet you at the front entrance of the Radisson Edwardian Hotel.
Park your vehicle at the front entrance and make your way inside the Hotel to the main concierge to meet our driver to exchange your car keys to our driver and your Hotel Hoppa Bus Ticket which takes you to your Terminal.
PLEASE NOTE- You have to provide your car keys to our our driver, and on the return your vehicle would be returned back to yourself at the Terminal. Please refer to the return instructions to see where to collect your vehicle.
Proceed to the front entrance of the Radisson Edwardian Heathrow.
Return Procedure
Return Procedure
Once you have collected all your luggage's, please call our dispatch team on 07858 333 393 / 0800 731 6617 so we can dispacth your vehicle to the designated point.
Terminal 1
Follow the signs for Terminal 1/Carpark 1, catch a lift to GROUND LEVEL, and your vehicle will be parked in ROW D (behind the purple valet parking hut).
Terminal 3
As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW ‘A’. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say ''Off Air Meet & Greet'' in zone A furthest point on your right hand side as you enter the Short Stay Car park.
Terminal 4
As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. As you walk outside the Arrival building to the short stay car park, walk across to the other side of the car park right by the ‘’pay machine’’ which is located next the pedestrian crossing. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say ''Off Air Meet & Greet'' at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side.
Terminal 5
Follow the signs for ''Short Stay Car Park''
Make your way to the ''short stay carpark LEVEL 4'' and your vehicle will parked in Row ''R'' OR ''S'' (these rows are next to each other in Level 4 short stay carpark)
Additional Information

Driving Directions
1. Leave the M4 at Junction 4 and head down Tunnel Road East towards Heathrow Airport.
2. Take the A4 ramp to Central London.
3. Slight right to merge onto Bath Road/A4 towards Central London/Harrow/Hounslow
4. Radison Edwardian Hotel will be on your left.
5. Proceed to the front entrance and follow the Arrival Procedure.
