Transfer Information
Courtesy bus service runs every 1-2 minutes and journey time to the Terminal is approx 3 minutes.
Arrival Procedure
The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking. At the entry barrier, the machine will read and recognise your registration number. A ticket will be printed showing your registration number and booking reference, and the barrier will open. Take the ticket and drive to the zone indicated. If you experience any difficulties, press the call button for help.
Return Procedure
On your return: for tickets with the Booking Reference printed insert the ticket at the barrier. If no Booking Reference is shown please go to the Customer Service window and present the ticket quoting your reference.
Additional Information
If you change the car you're going to be travelling in, you need to provide the new details, otherwise the car park will charge you £10 when you leave ( because without the right registration number, it holds things up when you arrive and leave).
This car park transfers to Terminal 4 only.

Driving Directions
Directions from M4:
at Junction 3 follow signs for A312 Heathrow and Feltham. Continue along the A312 through one traffic light junction for approximately 1 mile until reaching the Waggoners roundabout. Continue to the junction with the A30 and turn right. Pass through two sets of traffic lights and take the Terminal 4 slip road which will be on the left. The car parks are signposted from this point. As you approach the Terminal 4 roundabout stay in the left hand lane and follow the slip road onto the dual carriageway. At the next junction turn left and Business Parking Terminal 4 will be on the right hand side. From the M25: At Junction 14 follow sings to Terminal 4 along Airport Way (A3113). At the next roundabout / traffic light junction, go straight across onto the Southern Perimeter Road. Cross the next roundabout and travel through three sets of traffic lights, on reaching the next roundabout continue straight ahead. Business Parking Terminal 4 will be on the right, across the dual carraigeway. The entrance is clearly signposted.
