Transfer Information

The car park offers frequent courtesy bus transfers to and from Terminal 4 which take approximately 2 - 5 minutes.

Arrival Procedure

On arrival drive in and park in one of the arrival bays by the entrance and head to reception to hand over your keys. Transfers to the terminal run frequently and take just a couple of minutes, so you'll be on your way in no time.

When you arrive at Purple Parking Park and Ride Terminal 4 Priority, park your car in the drop-off zone and walk to reception. Here you'll need your booking reference, return flight details and car keys to give to the receptionist. You can then relax while you wait for a mini-bus to pick you up and take you to the terminal. The trip will take a couple of minutes and is included in the price.

If you are running more than 30 minutes early or late please call to let us know - otherwise just turn up.

Return Procedure

As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs call Purple Parking Park and Ride Terminal 4 Priority on 01895 543 699 (option 2) to let them know you are ready to be collected. Then, head back to bus stop 21 (where you were dropped off) you should soon see the mini-bus to take you back to Purple Parking's Park and Ride Terminal 4 Priority car park. Once you're back at the car park, head to reception to collect your keys and your car will be waiting for you outside reception.

If you are returning ahead of schedule we must have at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be collected upon your return.

If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, any extra days will be charged at £10.00 per day (or part day). No refunds will be issued for part used stays. Payments for extra days must be settled before the vehicle is handed over and if requested a receipt can be sent by email to you.

Additional Information

Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Purple Parking Park and Ride Terminal 4 Priority prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted. Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Purple Parking Park and Ride Terminal 4 Priority will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

Directions from M25:
Leave the M25 at junction 14 and join the A3113 following signs to Heathrow (T4 and Cargo)
You'll come to a roundabout, where you should take the second exit onto Southern Perimeter Road
Then, take the second exit again at the next two roundabouts
Keep going along the Southern Perimeter Road
You will pass the Hilton Hotel on your right
The Car Park entrance is 300 meters along on the left just 20 metres after the radar tower.


Directions from A4:
From A4 join A30 following signs for Terminal 4
Take the exit for Terminal 4
At the roundabout (it has 3 aeroplanes in the centre) take the 3rd exit towards Terminals 2&3
turn right at the traffic lights
The Car Park entrance is 300 meters along on the left just 20 metres after the radar tower.
