Great service, car looked after and no waiting around either dropping off or being collected.

APH Birmingham Car Parking represented great value for the money paid. Organised and efficient systems in place for drop of and collect car, the only downside is the 15/20 mins bus trip to Birmingham Airport which needs to be made aware to all customers. Also the wait in the rain at Birmingham Airport (the bus shelter provided is a little small) but all in all recommended and will use again!

Excellent service from checking in to being collected. Very helpful drivers who helped load and unload the cases on and off the buses. On return bus was already waiting, and driver had a list of passengers expected so no-one over crowded the bus. Car was parked in a nearby parking bay ready for return.

We booked parking from 27 May for one week and were pleasantly surprised by the cost of £23. Although the sat nav got us lost on the way there the parking site was well signposted. The staff were friendly and efficient, our return bus driver especially so. It was really nice to see a driver so willingly helping everyone with their luggage. Although the journey was approximately 20 minutes away from the airport the cost was well worth it. Would definitely use them again.

When travelling to the airport I usually decide to take a taxi but when I rang around prices were horrific considering airport is about an hour away. My mom recommended APH as they have used thm numerous times. When I went to website I was amazed at how much money I could save so I booked it it was easy to find and even easier to follow directions given the car was parked on a secure car park which made me feel at ease whilst away. The bus was there waiting for us to go airort the driver helped with luggage and was friendly. When we landed back at Birmingham we collected our luggage and there was a frephone to contact aph to let them know we had got luggage then i was told to go to the pick up point. we was not waiting 10 minutes and the bus collected us and the driver helped us with luggage on arrival at aph i went into key collections to get my keys and was showed to where my car was parked. The service was excellent and i will recommend to people considering using airport parking 10/10 thanks aph. I will use again .

Fantastic service. We forgot our little boys DVD player, rang the Company and they sent it down to the airport on the next bus. Very efficient service, great price. Couldn't fault APH and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time we have used this car park and once again we are very pleased with the speedy & efficient service which we experienced. An excellent piece of customer service is the provision of some scales to check the weight of your luggage so that if you are overweight you can leave some items in your car which is only, at that stage, a few feet away - well done APH.
