Superway to find + superservice. Thanks...

This was the first time we had used APH and we were very impressed. Our return flight was in the early hours and the coach was waiting to collect us and from start to finish the service was excellent. We would certainly use APH again.

I have used AHP Birmingham on many occasions and never had any problems. We arrived back at 5.30am to be met by a cheerful, helpful driver, and we were on the road a few minutes after we arrived at the car park. I will definitely use them again.

Excellant service from beginning to end will certainly recommend and use again.

Not a close to the airport as some others, but cheaper. This can mean a wait when returning if your bags turn up quickly. On return your car has been gathered from wherever it was into a holding area near to reception rather than you being dropped off wherever the car is and having to find the way out. Runs smoothly. No problems.

Excellent service provided very staight forward. All claims mentioned on their website were met, which is more than can be said for some off site airport parking I've used in the past. The staff at the reception and both the drivers we met were friendly helpful courteous and professional. Would definitely use them again and would certainly recommend them.

I have used APH Birmingham on several occasions and not had any problems. However, this time there were some slight scuffs on the rear bumper and the passenger door mirror glass was knocked out of alignment. There were cars parked either side of mine, so it is unlikely that another customer had caused the problems.

It would have been perfect had I not returned to my car to find the aeriel snapped off my car. Very disapointing end to the holiday. Hopefully APH will do the decent thing and replace the snapped off aeriel. Apart from that the experience was a good one.

APH Birmingham Car Parking represented great value for the money paid. Organised and efficient systems in place for drop of and collect car, the only downside is the 15/20 mins bus trip to Birmingham Airport which needs to be made aware to all customers. Also the wait in the rain at Birmingham Airport (the bus shelter provided is a little small) but all in all recommended and will use again!
