Excellent-no problems.

Easy to find, very good transfer, friendly staff- all went very smoothly will definitley use again.

I found the booking in procedure to be effiecient along with the collection procedure, will definitely use you again on future flights from Birmingham.

We arrived about half an hour early beacause of the weather, but we were soon on the bus and on our way. We got back on time and there was a bus full, but got the key very quickly and were on our way home.

Everything ran very smoothly in spite of the snow on both journeys to and from the airport. All the staff were pleasant and helpful and we will use the service again when flying from Birmingham.

Everything went like clockwork exactly how it was advertised. Friendly people - would book again without hesitation.

Used APH for the first time after booking a last minute holiday from Birmingham airport. Was very impressed by the service provided and the price was much better than all other car parks. Easy to find, using the directions provided and the coach was waiting to take us to the terminal. Had to wait a short while for the coach back to the car park as the bus was already full but it came within 10 mintues and we were able to collect our car swiftly. Very impressed and if we fly again from Birmingham will definitely use this service again.

Excellent service, transfers to and from airport takes the stress of trying to negotiate the roads and traffic approaching the airport. Would highly recommend.
