Terrific value for money. Very effecient service. Bit of a drive around the houses to and from the airport. Fine if you are not in a hurry.

We had swift book in and transfer to airport. Arriving home at midnight, we only had to wait 5 mins for the bus to take us back to our car. Only concern was that if it's raining there seems to be no where under cover to wait at Airparks, apart from a small shelter but that's probably because the buses are so regular you can hop straight on!

The directions to find the car park were poor. We had to telephone Birmingham Airparks twice to receive adequate directions to get there. Otherwise everything was fine.

Outgoing was great, no issues. The only issue was coming back when we had to wait 45 minutes for the bus at the airport (our literature said 20 mins), and then not all people could get on. When we got back to the site, two buses were parked up not being used, which was annoying. This was Saturday afternoon, not a particularly busy time.

Booking the parking was quick and easy, the instructions given were clear and the car park was easy to find. The transfer to the airport was quick however on the way home we had to wait for a second bus as there were too many passengers. There was also some confusion as to where we had to wait as there was no clear place to queue and there were problems with others cutting in front. As a whole the service was reasonable for the money paid.
