Reviewed on 1st February 2018Excellent service. Prompt and courteous. Close to the airport. Only criticism was that we found it a bit confusing finding the correct car park and inadvertently entered the wrong one. Luckily they didn't charge us the £5 to get back out!

Reviewed on 30th December 2017Staff were fine, and finding the place was good. Had to wait over 25 minutes on our return in the cold outside, in the car park for our car to be returned. There was nowhere to shelter.

Reviewed on 16th October 2017Everything was fine until the return journey when we waited for 33 minutes in the rain for our car to be returned. This was despite following the return instructions to the letter. We have lodged a formal complaint as it would have been quicker to pay less and park ourselves and catch the shuttle bus.

Reviewed on 6th August 2017When it was situated in short stay car park it was much better! I called as requested having collected my luggage and yet still had to wait over ten minutes for the car to be delivered! I won't be using again as car parks 1 and 2 are nearer.

Reviewed on 20th June 2017Outbound was straightforward with 4 parking bays to use at the valet parking site drop off. The return wasn't so smooth. My plane was late arriving back (surprise, surprise) and although I rang ahead before making my way to the valet parking, I was waiting for 15 minutes. A lady who arrived after me got her car before me. I don't know how far away they park the car but I'm glad it was a nice day and not raining. Stickers still in the car windscreen which I had to remove before driving.

Reviewed on 14th April 2017My experience was not as good as previous occasions due to works at the airport and the position of Meet n Greet had moved causing considerable confusion with barriers. The assistance from the help desk was good and talked me through the correct passage.
