Efficient, polite staff.

Good experience overall, although on arrival there were a few of us who arrived at once and only 2 people checking in cars so there was a 20-minute delay stood out in the cold waiting (I've used other drop and go services whuch were much quicker at this stage) Car was returned quickly when we got back and in good condition.

Drivers side floor matt was filthy, but covered in brown to disguise the muck. Difficult to clean when I got home. I guess it was parked in a muddy field.

Fantastic service, easy to find car park, drop off and pick up, was very quick, short walk around the hotels to get to the terminal, friendly staff, would definitely recommend and use again when parking at Birmingham

I was met on time and my car was ready for me on my return, I have previously been used to the car being washed before return (Manchester) but this did not happen at Birmingham.

The car park drop off was easy to locate and an official was there to collect the car when we arrived. On return, we rang as we exited the terminal and our car was ready for collection as we arrived at the car park. All in all it was a very smooth experience, I was very pleased and would definitely recommend.
