Security Measures

The drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected the driver will take it to the fully secure Car Park.

Transfer Information

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Drop and Go Car Park just outside the Terminal Building.

Arrival Procedure

Please call A38 Meet and Greet at least 20 min prior to your arrival. Upon arrival at the airport, please pull up in the Drop and Go Car Park situated just behind the terminal and you will be met by an A38 Meet and Greet driver.

Please call and let A38 Meet and Greet know if you are going to be earlier or later than the time specified on your booking form.

Return Procedure

Upon return to the airport - please collect your baggage, clear customs and phone when you leave the terminal building and a driver will be sent with your car to meet you in the same Express Drop Off car park.
Strict airport regulations mean that drivers are not able to wait longer than 10 minutes in the Drop and Go Car Park. The customer is liable for any increased costs as result of having to wait longer than 10 Minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: A38 Meet and Greet charge an extra £5 PER DAY, payable locally, for all vans above a VW Caddy size and up to and including short wheel base vans. This car park does not accept long wheel base vehicles, minibuses over 8 seats, large camper vans or taxis. A £5 airport access fee is payable locally on entry and exit.
