Very disappointed about the service we received from this company, on arrival the office seemed to be a shambles although it didn't take long for the transfer to the airport. However on our return home we were unable to contact the mini bus driver we tried for approx 45 mins and the reason the drive gave was dodgy phone we were left waiting in the cold and rain for about 1hr and 10 mins, there was no apology forthcoming from the driver until I said how disappointed I was about the service NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!

Staff was lovely, but on return of our journey when we picked up our car it was stinking, its a white car, but we have taking it to a car wash twice, and the dust is still on the car, I thought it would be parked away but it was on the path towards the entrance, got to pay again to have it hand washed, we cant get it cleaned.

Another year with these guys, so reliable we arrived back in the early hours to find our car had a flat battery, the guy who collected us tried to jump start us, he was so helpful, when unsuccessful he made us both coffee while we waited for our recovery to arrive. We will be using again next year.
