Outward journey: staff trying to run things effectively, but not enough spaces in holding area, half hour wait for coach, no shelter, not enough coach seats for all queue people. Return journey: (at night) all ok.

The return pick up from Bristol airport was a shambles. We needed picking up at midnight but the first 2 mini buses that arrived had no room for us so we ended up waiting for 40 minutes to be picked up. There was no system for picking up passengers - it was whoever pushed their way on to the mini bus and only 2 buses and only 2 mini buses were on the road despite there being a lot of passengers. Will not use this again. No apologies given.

Everything was good except length of time I had to wait for the pick up from the airport - which was 45 mins at least. I am aware this was because it was a busy period and I have not had this problem at a later time on a previous occasion. However, this is something that needs to be addressed as I was not the only person in this situation.

The minibus goes to the airport every half hr so if you are running late you could get very frustrated, you need to give urself plenty of time.

I am extremely pleased with the service and efficiency of this particular park and fly service. The service was efficient and flowed with ease and on time. I will definitely use this service again and would recommend it to anyone flying from and to Bristol International Airport.
