we never got to fly but the staff at the parking place were amazing and supportive. we parked were taken to the airport and then had to collect the car 5 hours later due to a cancelled flight and return back to cornwall.

I found the directions quite difficult, and it was a lot further from the airport anticipated. We did not have to wait long for the mini bus though, and was happy with service.

From start to finish everyone was friendly and efficient. I was picked up straight away and the turn around time for getting my keys and to my car was within minutes. Great service.
