I've used Park and Go 3 times this year, their Mushroom site for Bristol airport. Each time the service has been fantastic. No waiting around, just there and back. No hassle. Excellent. Thank you.

The service you offer is the service you provide. Reasonably priced, speedy drop off and delivery to the A/port and even at 2200 on a Thursday, good transport links back to the car.

Hi We arrived on time and were promptly transported to the airport. Our only issues came when we returned, we could not get through on the phone number given as it was constantly busy, once out side it was chaos as so many people where waiting for pick ups so it was not who arrived first but who was lucky enough to get through on the phone. What was required was someone at the pick up point organising things which would have stopped the free for all that ensued with many people that had a long journeys ahead of them getting very frustrated. I appreciate many planes landed with in a short space of time actually there was someone there when we first got there but she jumped back on the first van and scarpered back to the yard

Very easy to park, helpful staff at the check in. Our return flight was cancelled so we were 48 hours late the car was ready and at no extra charge so very happy with the service would recommend it.

We used this car park for 2 weeks. Felt quite cramped when we arrived, using every space of land available. 2 weeks for £40 was a bargain - thankfully we took our old car with us. Wouldn't be keen to leave a new car there as the car is parked by someone else and then brought back to a pick up place when you get back. The biggest fault with the place is that on our return we had to wait almost an hour for a bus at 1 o'clock in the morning as there was a big queue of people and the 2 buses in use only took 8. Each bus had to pick up drive to the farm and return. We were on the 4th trip! 2 small children, cold and tired at 1AM - not to be repeated.

Arrival and airport transfer was ok. On our return, couldn't get on the bus for transfer due to overcrowding, I was informed that I could sit on the bags in the luggage area of the bus. On locating my vehicle, it was nigh on impossible to get out of the car park, again due to overcrowding and the position that my vehicle had been parked. I had to drive around the car park for 10 minutes to find a safe exit point. Although good value for money, I'll never park there again, and would inform friends and family to steer clear.
