Arrival was good. Pick up took half an hour to arrive after being told the bus would be with us in 5 minutes. Our car was not accessible as it was parked directly behind 2 other cars which had to be moved to allow us to get out.

Very efficient, but their minibuses were a bit tired and both drivers thought they were Jensen Button. scary!

This is the second time I have used this parking, I have never had any hassle or delays, though I would just like to add that on arrival to car park before my holiday the receptionist was extremely miserable and rude, and had I not been before I wouldn't have had a clue where to get the bus, as we had to wait for one to arrive, but just for a few minutes. All the bus drivers were nice polite and happy.

Excellent service both to and from the airport. Although had to wait a little longer than I had expected on the mini bus when I arrived back at Bristol, the minibus arrived promtly when I called. Will definitely use again in the future. Thank you for making it such an easy transfer.
