Brilliant. Close enough to the airport without the hassle of trying to find the airport - approx 10mins. All the staff from office to bus drivers were extremely helpful and polite. Fantastic value for money. Will definitely use this service again. Thank you.

By far, this car park exceeded our expectations. We arrived at 4am for a 6.15am flight a 6/8 seater bus was already there waiting to take us to the airport. Handed over my car keys and off we went on an approx 10min journey. On the return leg, I called them as per instructions to let them know I'd collected by baggage, they told me there were 3 buses on route and I should follow the instructions and await a bus. At the meet point, there were already 2 6/8 seater buses there. The 4 of us hopped on and waited about 5mins for more passengers - none arrived and so we set off. My car was parked in a 'ready to go' spot, so we loaded the car and off we went without any problems. When travelling from Bristol will definitely park here again and would highly recommend.

On the whole the parking experience was fine. I found it ok, however on my return i found my car was tightly squeezed in and other cars were parked badly with just a narrow gap between rows proving it difficult to drive down to get out. I had to reverse down a whole line of cars as one car was jutted out too far for me to pass through. When you are tired you dont need this.

Very good service. Parking a 10 minute shuttle drive from Bristol Airport but very quick and efficient service both on arrival and departure. Pleasant and welcoming staff/drivers. Good value for money.

Arrived at the car park to be told by them that our flight had been cancelled. They were brilliant took us to the airport to sort out alternative flight then picked us up when phoned straight away. Had to fly from Gatwick in the end so thought we had lost the cost of the car park (which was half the price of Silver Zone) but they offered us a credit note without being asked and without hesitation. Easy to find and extremely helpful (remember to look for the mushroom farm sign though) - would highly recommend.

No frills service, waited 15mins for transfer to airport and about the same on the way back to pick the car up which was waiting for us. would have given 5/5 had it not been for the young lad who took us not loading our suitcases on to the mini bus but leaving us to do it.

Directions to the car park were, on the whole, pretty good, although we missed the turn into the ParkAnFly site - there are no sign-posts out on the road. The car park itself is a bit of a shambles, with reception being housed in a portacabin in the middle of a poorly-tarmac'd parking area. Cars are parked quite closely together, making navigation quite tricky. Check-in was a smooth and efficient process, and we were on the way to the airport within 15 minutes. It would have been quicker had we not had to wait for another family to check in just as we were ready to leave. The minibus was old and a bit delapidated, with the driver's seat virtually falling apart. The passengers' seats weren't much better. The journey was a little unnerving, with the driver's rather dodgy driving style merely accentuating the shakiness of the minibus. It took about 10 minutes to get to the airport. Our biggest beef was with the return journey, which was thoroughly disorganised. Several groups arrived at the pickup point at the same time and it was basically every man for himself as there were more passengers than could be accommodated in the one minibus. So, despite us being first in line, other passengers pushed past us and got on the minibus, with the driver having no idea who was meant to be picked up and who wasn't. As a result, half our party were left behind to wait for the next minibus, which, in fairness, arrived within 10 minutes. On arrival back at the car park, I was expected to produce the invoice, but I had to leave that with my wife so that she could get on the next minibus with the remaining two daughters. I would recommend that ParkAnFly review the "return" process with a view to ensuring that passengers are allocated seats on a specific minibus to avoid confusion. ParkAnFly may also like to consider what other airport parking services offer, in that they bring cars near to the reception in readiness for our return. Instead, I had to traipse off to a far corner of a poorly sign-posted car park in search of my car, which isn't much fun at 6am after no sleep! I've given the service a 3-rating because, on the whole, it wasn't too bad, and the low price certainly counts in its favour.
