Everything went smooth with the drop off and the collection at the airport, however, it all went wrong on collection of our car which was not in the bay that they said and took half an hour to find, having to look all over the different cars to find it as they had no idea where it was!

We had to reschedule our holiday due to the volcanic activity. Park & Go were extremely helpful and accommodating. The whole experience was value for money, hassle free and efficient. Certainly use them again and recommend to our friends.

We parked and went there was a few minutes wait for the bus to depart to the airport, and on our return again about a 15min wait and we picked up are car and left. So for me i found it suited all my needs as we travelled up from Cornwall.

Efficient and friendly service. We drove past the turning for the car park then saw a sign for airport parking on a fence. If you are in a rush then it maybe advantageous to pay the extra and park at the airport. No valuables are to be left in the car. Left my laptop in the office which was ok.

Our experience was good.The curtesy transport is a bit tatty, but it was prompt. On our return, our phone call was responded to quickly, we didn't wait long, just as well, it was cold. The price was very good.

Excellent value for money. my only complaint is the transfer bus has seen better days. But, by the sound of the engine, it has obviously been well serviced.
