I have no complaints with the return element of my journey, but actually getting to the airport, considering I was running late was extremely annoying. My sense of urgency was clearly not shared. On arrival, no one was in the office to greet me. The man who did eventually turn-up, offered no apology and looked at me with daggers when I politely gave me my booking sheet - to save time. Then I was told to wait in my car for 5 minutes, as one of the vans needed fuel. Surely there is a better way or organising refuelling? Then after more like 12 minutes a lady returned with the van casually walking back to the office with milk. I asked her to hurry, to which she got into a discussion in the office for a further 3 minutes. All seemed so unnecessary and time consuming. I need some reassurances that you share my sense of urgency when getting to the airport, if I am to use your services again.

I couldn't return to Bristol as I was stranded in France and had to return by ferry. You kindly let my wife collect the car. Thank you

Much much cheaper than the onsite parking, and providing you don't mind parking 15 minutes out from the airport (and allow another 15 minutes to get to the terminal if you're unlucky and have just missed the minibus) it's great!

Booked online with this firm, no probs, looked the past reviews, and all I can say is that there are a lot of picky people out there!!! Here are my views: Had confirmation in post the day after we booked. Found the place EASILY as the postcode took me into the mushroom farm, and then there was a sign to take me into the reception area. When I drove into the car park, the transfer bus was pulling out, but the driver reversed, and waited for me to get booked in, even though he had other passengers. On handing my keys in, I was given a copy of my bookng ref. Journey to the airport was about 10 mins. We got dropped off, and was told by the driver, when we returned, ring the number on the booking ref copy, mention the ref number, and we were to be picked up, where we were dropped off. On returning from our hols, I rang the number, gave the ref number, and was told that the bus was on its way. As soon as we got our cases, I had a phone call to say that the bus was in the drop off zone. Got on the bus back to the car park, handed my ref copy sheet in, was given my keys, and told where my car was. How EASY was that !!! Will recommend this company to everyone, for its cheap parking, and reliability. So ignore all the other reviews, as there was not a single fault with this firm!!!

Absolutely excellent - first class service, and a very convenient, easy-to-find location with excellent directions. Very reasonable prices, and also, for us (we live in Exeter), actually more convenient than on-airport parking would have been, because Park and Go is nearer to the M5 than the airport, so it saved us some travel time. 5 star recommendation - thanks very much!

I would not recommend this car park for one reason and that is there is no sign to tell you where it is. Apparently they cannot obtain planning permission to put one up. The instructions from the north tell you to look - wait for it - a mushroom farm, and I for one have always wanted to park my car in a mushroom farm, I mean haven't we all? Instructions from the south, my direction, are not blessed with such precise details, merely the name of the village it is hiding in. One would assume if you have that it would be a simple matter of asking a resident of the village as to its location but no, it would appear the villagers hate the car park, the noise and pollution, in their little piece of heaven and never wanted it in the first place. It would appear to me that villagers have taken a oath not to reveal its whereabouts to anyone looking for it. Having asked asking several villagers, our saviour came in the form of the Post Master. Had it not been for Easy Jet main frame computer breaking down we would have surely missed our flight from Bristol airport. G King
