Had to wait too long for minibus at the carpark - 30 mins. Collection from the airport was ok.

A 2 rating is generous. Attitude of staff - poor. Transport to airport - poor quality. The car had been moved and interior light left on - resulting in a flat battery on return to the car. Overall a poor performance.

Got to parking and slight confusion regarding where to leave car, thought I was being told off by the guy, but didn't care as i was going on holiday!! On our return the snow had arrived and we were thrown our keys and told the lane number. Wouldn't race to use it again but for the price good value.

The car park was relatively easy to find. We were transferred to the airport within 10 minutes of arriving and were picked up shortly after ringing upon our return. I would definitely use this car park again, it was great value for money.

Have used this car park a few times. They are considerably cheaper than the on-airport parking. We were allowed to keep our car keys. on the minus side, we waited about 17 minutes to be collected from the airport. Still good value though.

Fantastic service, quick and efficient, no hanging around. If they offerred a car valet service whilst your car was parked - that would be a bonus!
