As usual the service provided was excellent. As the battery was flat after 4 weeks the use of a battery pack was needed. Unfortunately the operator wrongly connected the battery pack and blew the 100 amp main fuse. My breakdown service had to be called and fortunately he was able to bypass the fuse with a temporary repair to get us home. Having got home the vehicle was troublesome for some days and it was impossible to get a new fuse except by ordering through a main dealer. I am still happy to park with WCP however if there is a recurrence of a flat battery I will have to be more vigilant with the use of a starter pack.

The service is good and efficient, staff friendly and helpful, but the transport interior leaves much to be desired and feels dirty and scruffy.

I've been using the car park for a number of years, from when it was sited at Winford, & have always been happy with the service. As I live N of Bristol I am pleased with the new venue!
