Diamond Parking Meet and Greet Reviews

As a relatively frequent flier from Bristol Airport, I use this pick up & drop off service every time. A quick phone call when I’m 10 minutes away & the pick up driver is waiting for me at the drop off point. When returning, another quick call when I’ve collected my case & my car is at the pick up point within 5 minutes of me getting there. I’ve used other parking services, but this one is by far the best & easiest and is good value for money.

Excellent service all round. Even had help with getting the wheelchair and luggage in car on return. Afraid I didnt have any English cash to give the driver a tip.

Another great service from Diamond! We were a little nervous about arrival (due to being unsure how the new 'Drop Off and Pick Up' car park would work) and, driving into the car park, it was very busy so made it harder to spot where our guy was waiting. We drove up one side and back down the next, saw two guys talking so approached them to see if we were in the wrong place, only to find one of them was our guy! Handover was quick and simple. The return was very good! We rang the number as we came out of the main building. Spoke to a lovely chap who said he'd just leave the complex and it would take between 3 and 5 minutes to reach the Drop off car park. Fortunately, it wasn't so busy so we walked down the middle section to where there was plenty of space for us to spot our car coming in and clear enough for the driver to see us! When we saw the car, we waved out and he pulled in right next to us. What a friendly guy he was! He got out, checked our details then handed over the key and we put our cases in the boot and were off! The car was looked after well and seemed to have been cleaned but maybe I was just expecting it to look unclean!! Overall, an excellent service and we'd definitely use Diamond Meet and Greet, Bristol again.

Used Diamond Meet & Greet on three occasions and can't fault them, always on time, just what you want.

All was great but on our return although I followed the instructions to the letter the driver was annoyed because he’d had to wait 10 minutes longer maybe in your instructions you need to tell your customers to phone the number when leaving arrivals and not 20 minutes after landing!

This is the 4th time I’ve used Diamond Parking Meet and Greet. Once again, super easy. Picked up when they said they would and dropped off again at Bristol Airport no problem. Will be using again.

All as expected. No problems.
