Diamond Parking Meet and Greet Reviews

We used Diamond Parking Meet & Greet for the first time as we felt the other meet and greet companies we have previously used were taking too long to bring our car back to us when we have landed. We were very pleased with them and they were efficient and also really nice people. We will definitely use them again.

Great prices, and great communication from agent at Bristol when we were 15 minutes out and on arrival. Drop off area was chaotic but no stress meeting and handing over keys. No problem when we arrived back to pick up the car, agent advised there were traffic problems and would be 15 minutes away - no issues as good communication again - will definitely use Diamond Meet & Greet, Bristol in future.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service from start to finish. The team was extremely punctual, arriving exactly when arranged with no delays at all. When I collected my car, it was just as I left it, clean, well-kept, and in perfect condition. A special mention must go to the driver, Craig. He was exceptional: professional, friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Diamond Car Parking Meet and Greet and will definitely use them again.

I’ve used Diamond parking several times now and I cannot fault the service! I won’t go anywhere else! Flight home was delayed by around 18 hours and I simply emailed to say we were stranded with no further flight details it was honestly no issue, they were able to track my flight (when it did appear) and was so sympathetic when I finally got the car back! Thank you Diamond!
