Reviewed on 17th July 2026Brilliant service again, thank you. So polite and pleasant on the phone when calling the 20 minutes before arrival at Bristol Airport and when leaving the baggage the hall. Prompt car pick and drop off by well mannered, reassuring drivers. My girl friends have taken a note of Diamond Parking Meet and Greet as they haven’t received this service by other companies, and if travelling on their own, they want a peace of mind experience.

Reviewed on 13th July 2026When I arrived near the airport to call and say I would be 15 minutes, there was no answer, it was an answering machine. This went on for 8 minutes and then eventually I rang off and rang back and someone picked up. This scenario stressed me a bit. Especially as no mobile number . On return, I was answered quickly and the car was delivered quickly.

Reviewed on 9th July 2026Following the instructions given I phoned the number given to inform of my arrival within 20 minutes. When I arrived at the drop off point the driver was awaiting my arrival. On return I rang the number given and the car was with me within minutes. No complaints, will use them again.

Reviewed on 7th July 2026Good, friendly service - But some feedback - If you were holding a "Paddle" like a tennis racket with your company name on when I drive into the area it would be easy for me to see you - there was so many people around it was hard to spot you. Plus I've already booked again for Oct, but some sort of loyalty scheme would be good - I still have to arrange another airport drop in Sept - any discount would be appreciated. Keep up the good work Regards Frank

Reviewed on 5th July 2026You book it, call them when you get there and they do the rest. It is that simple. This takes the fuss out of parking your car and it is excellent value for money. Staff pleasant and I cannot for the life of me work out why silver parking or any other parking for that matter, even exists anymore. I will certainly use again. It is an excellent service.
