Once again Diamond Parking Meet and Greet delivered timely and good service at Bristol Airport. The handover was seamless and the driver was waiting for me as he was when I returned. So no delays. As I always mention when I do these ratings, I think the company should offer an optional valeting service while the owner is travelling.

Really happy with this service again, this is the second time I have used Diamond Parking Meet and Greet and I must say I have no complaints. They were there when I phoned to drop and pick car up, there was no waiting around, will definitely use again, Thank you.

The service at the airport was very smooth and on arrival back to the UK it was the same. That said my car was returned to me in an extremely muddy condition.

Have used before and had no problem. Pick up of car in the early hours at 3:15 am brilliant - Driver there before us. On arrival back we used 4 phones to try and get through to them and either the line was dead or engaged. Took 35 minutes to get through. Was asked are you through security - we had been out for 35 minutes. No apology so will try a few of the others instead.
