Security Measures

The drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected the driver will take it to their Car Park.

Transfer Information

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Drop And Go Car Park just outside the Terminal Building.

Arrival Procedure

Please call Fly Away Meet and Greet at least 30 min prior to your arrival. Upon arrival at the airport, please pull up in the Drop And Go Car Park situated just behind the terminal and you will be met by an Fly Away Meet and Greet driver.

Please call and let Fly Away Meet and Greet know if you are going to be earlier or later than the time specified on your booking form.

Return Procedure

Upon return to the airport - please collect your baggage, clear customs and phone when you leave the terminal building and a driver will be sent with your car to meet you in the same Drop And Go Car Park.
Strict airport regulations mean that drivers are not able to wait longer than 10 minutes in the Drop And Go Car Park. The customer is liable for any increased costs as result of having to wait longer than 10 Minutes.

PLEASE NOTE: An additional £10 is payable locally for Commercial Vans, Long wheel base vans, minibuses over 8 seats and Taxis. A £5 airport access fee is payable locally on entry and exit.
