Departure went very smoothly without problems. Return on Wednesday was a disaster (not all the fault of Oakwood) Bristol airport pick up was chaos! I would suggest you have two minibuses to speed up the operation and if possible petition the airport to make changes to their pick up procedure.

The whole experience with Oakwood parking was great. It was easy to find, the car park is super close to the airport. All the staff were polite and helpful. We will definitely be using this car park again as it was also good value for money.

Excellent location and transfers to and from the airport. The only small issue was my car was quite dirty but then the parking is on a field.

Second time using Oakwood. First time no complaints. This time great on way to airport, poor on way back. Basically it was complete pot luck as to where the minibus was going to stop. The driver was clearly stressed and didn't 'crowd control'. The result of which meant there was a scramble for people to get on and no room for us - two adults and three children (5 and under). So we had to wait for the next minibus. Despite having been at the drop off in plenty of time, having called Oakwood and dealing with three children with a three hour flight delay. I wonder if there is a more organised fairer way of dealing with the transfers?
