Absolutely brilliant. The lady who took us to the airport and dropped us off was lovely. We missed our flight home from Iceland and had to stay another day, which meant our car was with Oakwood for an extra 24 hours. They didn't charge us a penny and were fine about holding the car for longer - you wouldn't get that anywhere else! Thank you Oakwood for not making our delay any more expensive, and our experience with you a very positive one!

Such great service.. my flight was cancelled and the staff arranged for me to collect my car the following day when I eventually got back, no extra charges. Definitely recommend and will use every time I fly from Bristol.

Amazing service, prompt collection both ways with polite, friendly staff. They went above and beyond as my mums car tyre went "pop" and they took the car to garage and repaired it, keeping us informed at every step.
