You need to inform people that Oakwood Parking don't transport oversize baggage items to the airport. We arrived at Oakwood at 4.30 in the morning, but before I could park the car I had to leave my young daughter alone at the airport with a surfboard bag while I went back to Oakwood to drop the car off. Bar that it's just a mini bus and driver so not much room to go wrong you'd hope.

Very disappointed with Oakwood parking, we used them last year and were fine, this year when we got there it was pelting with rain, I got out to get help with mobility scooter and was told they don’t take them anymore it’s on their terms and conditions they said, which we didn’t have because we booked through park and go, we had to drive to airport offload scooter and I had to stay with it, in the wet and cold while my partner had to drive back to Oakwood to park the car, and visa versus when we came home. What a hassle, not a good start to our holiday, won’t use them again.

I have used this car parking service twice now and have had a very good service and it's a convenient place to park. The only thing I would suggest is with the money they make from all cars parking there is to maybe Tarmac the front of the car park as on winters days very muddy and pot holes making soggy feet!!

great experience, easy park to find just minutes from airport. after dropping keys off we were straight onto a bus that drops you outside terminal, on our return, bus waiting, picked up the keys and drove off. We will certainly be parking with them again.
