Generally good, but some unpleasantness on the return journey with a chaotic rush by about 20 people for about 12 seats having already seen one bus leave with a group split up.

Easy to use and efficient transfers. Only niggle is trying to find entrance from main road in dark; sign marking entrance could be better.

So close to Bristol Airport and did not have to wait long for the transport either way. Would recommend as it’s also cheaper than the competition.
