Excellent service. Quick transfers. Minibus arrived within a few minutes of phoning on landing home. Friendly and helpful staff. Have used a few times. Tried a nearby competitor and they were awful. Only criticism is that there is nowhere to wait if it's rining.

Very good. No problems at all with dropping off or picking up, only reason I didn't give a 5 was the place we waited in at Oakwood was just a shack with rain dripping in. Having said that it was only a few minutes to wait so 4 1/2 really.

Drivers were miserable, didn't speak to you nicely, if they spoke at all. Drivers stood back & watched women & the elderly load their own bags. Vans were old wrecks & dirty. Would not recommend or use again.

Departure to airport went to plan, however arrival was a bit chaotic, everybody rushing for the return bus and when arrived at the car park found I had been blocked in by another car. This took over 30 minutes to sort out. Whist staff apologised for the delay it could have been avoided with better planning.
