Great reliable service. So easy to book and more reasonable than most. No hanging around waiting. Driver was there both times waiting, which is what you need especially with a baby and infant in tow. Can't fault this service. VIP Meet & Greet really is a VIP service. My daughter also used them same holiday. Will definitely use every time. Love the discount codes Park & Go offer as well. Puts them ahead of everyone else when booking.

I was met promptly by the VIP driver at Bristol Airport, handed over the car key and made off towards the Terminal. However my wife noticed that the went off in another car out of the car park leaving my car unlocked and with the engine still running - an open invitation for a thief. Fortunately I had another key so was able to switch off the engine and lock the car. When I returned from the holiday I was appalled by the state of the car - it was covered in mud/dust - when I commented to the driver he just said 'you should have seen it before I poured some water over it' and left! The carpets were also caked in mud/dust - both front and even the n/s rear carpet. I have used other M&G services in the past and have never experienced such a service.

We phoned to say 15 minutes to arrive, very polite chap who answered phone, got there and they was waiting, nice guy who took car, no rushing he waited, made sure we had everything, paid him the £6 fee to get out. On return phoned and by the time we got to pick up point, we was 5 minutes waiting and he pulled up. Just what we want having our 4 year old son. Will book again if price is the same. Cheers everyone.

Perfect ... driver was waiting on arrival and car dropped off minutes after phoning on return. Could not ask for a better service.

Took 10 minutes to get an answer on our arrival which was a bit disappointing after a long days travel. This meant that we had to wait out in the cold with 2 small children for our car to arrive.

What a fabulous service. Driver arrived exactly on time despite all the roadworks around the airport. The company even changed our meeting point to the onsite hotel we were staying at to make life even easier. Totally recommend.
