The service was efficient and the car was picked up and dropped off on time but when it was returned, it looked like it had been driven off road around very muddy fields, I’ve never seen a car so muddy which was very disappointing.

Excellent service, on time for departure and arrival. Only concern is that the well of the car was a bit dirty on our return.

Driver arrived quickly when we arrived at Bristol and the same on return. Great service and we regularly use it which is now so much easier now the drop off and pick up area has been redeveloped at Bristol. Only downside is Bristol’s drop and go car park charging £8.50 for 10 minutes but not this company’s fault. Would recommend.

This is the most reliable company and is my “go to” for all my airport parking … 10 out of 10 !

I've used VIP Meet & Greet a few times now and would recommend it to everyone. The service is easy to use, the team are extremely polite and helpful and the service is very quick. The car was safe and secure and I had no worries about leaving my car with them. It's a game changer when you return from holiday early in the morning and you just want to get home.

A sad experience. I called to confirm the reservation and bring the car but unfortunately I had to answer the phone three times because they couldn't find my reservation or the car. A strange experience, I've never had anything like this happen to me. I had to wait more than 30 minutes with my wife and child in the cold to bring my car.

VIP Meet & Greet, Bristol are absolutely fantastic...rang the company 15 minutes before airport and we were met within 5 minutes to lovely driver... On return we had great experience...our car was returned within 5 minutes of leaving the terminal... Highly recommend this service...thank you.
