Driver was waiting when we arrived and was only waiting a matter of minutes when we arrived back. Great service.

The actual service was good but the contact was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Would not use this particular service again. I have used Park and Go before, but not been spoken to in such a dismissive way. Even if you do not publish this accurate review, you should take notice of it.

Excellent service from VIP Parking Meet and Greet - reasonably priced, super easy to meet driver on drop off and collection. We had a 4 hours delay and no problems with worrying about change of time. Will use again for sure!

Such a good service, called 20 minutes from Bristol Airport and on arrival the guys were there ready, simple instructions, gave them £7 to exit the car park and walked to the terminal. On return which was at 1am I called once we were about to leave the terminal building and within 2 minutes of getting to the drop off point they arrived with both our cars together. Simple and super efficient service that we will be using again.

We had a great Meet and Greet experience with VIP Parking. The driver was there to meet us on arrival and was there again within 5 minutes of us calling to say we’d landed earlier than expected. Made the journey so much smoother.

So I have used this company for a few years, never had a problem….. driver was quick to arrive to take the car on arrival and departure. Unfortunately when our car was returned to us it was covered in so much dust and black bits all over it, the driver did apologise and said the company are expanding so lots of building work was going on, clearly my car was right in the thick of it. What they should have said at the time of booking is that this was going on so your car could come back filthy. I had just had it cleaned before we left so this left me feeling very upset….

A seamless experience at Bristol Airport. Met on time for a very early flight and car returned very promptly on our return. Would 100% recommend and will be using again. Thanks and keep up the standards VIP M&G LTD!
